Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. damaged.style has no user account — you enter your delivery and payment details directly at checkout, as a guest, without registering.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Email us as soon as possible at contact@damaged.style. If production hasn't started yet, we can usually adjust or cancel the order. Once production has started, we can no longer make changes.

Why was my order put "on hold"?
This rarely happens — usually when we need to confirm your delivery address or when the system flags a suspected fraud. We'll contact you directly; you have 30 days to resolve it, otherwise the order is cancelled and you receive a full refund.

How long does delivery take?
Products are made to order (print-on-demand), not shipped from stock. Generally, allow between 2 and 5 weeks for production and delivery combined — the exact timeframe varies by product and destination.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship in Europe, US and Canada

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free — it's included in the displayed price. You can choose express shipping for an extra fee at checkout, if available for your area.

Does the displayed price include customs duties?
Yes. The price you see is the final price — it includes VAT and any applicable customs or import duties. You won't pay anything extra on delivery, regardless of destination, except for express shipping if you choose it.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately not. You'll need a full physical address for delivery.

What happens if my product is lost or damaged in transit?
You're covered — if the product is lost or damaged during shipping, the responsibility is ours, not yours.

Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to change your mind, with no need to give a reason. Email us at contact@damaged.style. The product must be unused, with original tags attached — return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective or incorrect products.

How long does a refund take?
A maximum of 14 days from your return notice, using the same payment method used for the order.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Email us at contact@damaged.style, describe the issue, and attach photos if you can. All DAMAGE products carry a 2-year warranty for genuine defects (stitching, material, wrong product) — it does not cover normal wear from use and washing.

Are there products that can't be returned?
Yes — products sealed for hygiene reasons, once unsealed, and products made specifically at your request.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe — card and other methods available at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on the site?
Yes. We do not collect or store your full card details — these go directly to Stripe's secure infrastructure (PCI-DSS certified).

What do I get in a Mystery Box?
A personalized package, designed specifically for you. At checkout you fill in a short form about yourself — your interests, hobbies, what makes you smile — and we design the contents of the box based on your answers. It may include DAMAGE items, some available exclusively through the Mystery Box and nowhere else on the site, plus other assorted items — some new, some second-hand (perfumes, books, collectible items, etc.).
Boxes are limited each month, and the contents differ completely from one box to another — no element is guaranteed to be identical between two boxes.

How does the personalization work?
At checkout you fill in a form with a few questions about yourself. The more you tell us, the better we can choose what goes into your box — but it's still a surprise: you can't request a specific product or brand.

Can I return a product from a Mystery Box?
Each box is designed specifically for you — we invest time and care into choosing every item, based on your form. For this reason, products sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, just like with any other order.
For other items, if a product still doesn't suit you, we do not offer a cash refund — we can replace it with another product, agreed upon by email, or with a product from the site. Email us at contact@damaged.style with the subject "Mystery Box" before sending anything back, so we can agree on the replacement together.

I have a question about the contents of my box — who do I contact?
We personally handle every Mystery Box order. Email us at contact@damaged.style with the subject "Mystery Box" and we'll help you directly.

Do you sell my data to third parties?
No. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only share it with the providers strictly necessary to process your order (production and delivery, payment, storage, email delivery).

What happens if I start an order but don't finish it?
We may retain the email address entered up to that point, to send you a reminder about the unfinished order. You can object to this processing at any time — email us at contact@damaged.style.

Where can I find full details about my data?
In our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

I couldn't find the answer to my question — what should I do?
Email us at contact@damaged.style, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
